In 2009, the City of Windsor hosted the Special Olympics Provincial Summer Games and Bolzano Tool & Die created a commemorative token to celebrate the event.
John Davies of RBC Dominion Securities Inc. donated the brass for Bolzano to create the tokens that were donated to Special Olympics and sold during the games to raise money for ongoing programs.
